Urker Lab helps students aged 15–18 discover which fields of study and professions may suit them. This policy explains what the app does with data.
In short: Urker Lab requires no account, sends none of your data to any server, and contains no advertising or analytics. All data stays on the student's own device. The app reaches the internet for exactly one purpose — downloading newly published topics (see section 4a).
To function, the app stores the following on the device:
Entirely on the device — in the app's private storage on iPhone, and in the browser's local storage in the web version. None of your data is transmitted over the internet; the only thing the app fetches is newly published topics (see section 4a).
As a consequence, data does not sync between devices, and deleting the app deletes the accumulated progress with it.
No one. Data is never sold, and never passed to advertisers, analytics providers, or any third party. The app contains no ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics SDKs.
The app periodically requests our content file to see whether new topics have been published. That request carries none of your data — not your name, not what you have read, not your results. As with any web request, the server hosting the file sees the device's IP address; it is not used to identify, track, or profile anyone.
Without an internet connection the app continues to work fully, using the topics it already has.
In the app: Профиль → Деректерімді тазалау ("Profile → Clear my data") erases everything stored, immediately. Deleting the app removes it too. In the web version, clearing the site's browser data is sufficient.
Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no remote copy for us to delete or to hand over.
The app is intended for school-age students. That is precisely why it asks for no personally identifying information and requires no account — the only thing typed in is a name, and it does not have to be a real one.
Urker Lab infers a direction of interest from the topics a student reads. It is not a measure of ability, academic achievement, or future prospects, and it is not a medical or psychological diagnosis. The result is a starting point for a conversation with teachers and parents.

This policy describes Urker Lab as it currently works: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no personal data leaving the device — its only network request downloads published topics. If a future version adds accounts, analytics, or uploads any student data, this policy must be updated before that version ships.
